Barbara Hans is the Global Head of Transformation at Spark44, an agency truly unique in its structure. Targeted exclusively at the global luxury target group, Spark44 is a joint venture between Jaguar/LandRover and Spark44.
Barbara is a trilingual Marketing professional with an expertise on China. For example, she brought the luxury brands Wolford and Triumph to China, she recreated the Volvo brand as it was sold to a Chinese owner while she worked at SapientNitro, and she has helped to make Jaguar a famous and inspiring brand again – all while at Spark44.
In her role as Managing Director in the Shanghai Agency of Spark44, she grew the office from 8 – 110 people in just under one year, and she was instrumental in forming high-performing teams across channel. That even won a silver Effie.
As Head of Global Transformation, she continues to develop new businesses to transform the agency globally.
